Calculation Order
PEMDAS does not apply here. Instead, work from the inside outwards. The segments closest to the center should be calculated first, then the next closest segment.
Also note that if you have a symbol in the bullseye, you must apply its effect to every segment with the same colour.
If you have more than one symbol nested in the bullseye, operate on the same logic of working outward, starting with the innermost one.
