There are a lot of critters inHello Kitty Island Adventure, spreading across each map in the game. On top of this, some critters only appear during certain times of day, making them a bit more elusive than others. One such critter is the Twinklebug, which can be hard to find.

This will cover its location and time it appears, as well as some tips to help you catch it. In order to catch the Twinklebug, you’ll need to have access to Gemstone Mountain.

Where To Find The Twinklebug

Twinklebugs appear only during the evening and nighttime; they will not be present during the day. If it is still daytime for you,just find a bed and sleep until night.

The Twinklebug isfound within the Crystal Caves of Gemstone Mountain.Rather than wandering around though, there are some locations where you have a higher chance of finding this bug.

Starting from the Oasis mailbox, head north, crossing the bridge which ends in a cavern entrance. Once inside the cavern,head northeast on the pathway and enter the first entrance that you come across.It should havea dull-pink glowcoming from within.

After going through this, you’ll be in a new chamber.Head directly north,going through the entryway in the northwestern-most corner. This should beglowing purple from within.

Through this entrance isa small room that will have one Twinklebug(as well as a chest with five books). When you leave and come back,the Twinklebug will respawn, which means that you can continue to leave and return in order to get more of them.

As long as it’s nighttime, the Twinklebugs will continue to appear. This is the best way to find Twinklebugs, as it takesvirtually no searching.The room is small enough that you’ll easily be able to spot them. If the Twinklebug does happen to escape,just leave and come back.
