InStalker 2, selling items and stocking up your gear is part of the main gameplay loop. That’s why you’ll want to know where the traders are in each area so you know where you can lug all of that loot. Some of the traders are hidden behind quests, while most of them are accessible from the start of the game.

Not all of them sell the same weapons and items, so if you have a particular gun or piece of gear you need, then you should know which trader sells which.

Lesser Zone Trader Location

To find the trader in the Lesser Zone, you’ll need to go to Zalissya Bar, which is slightly to the north of the zone. You go to this settlement through the main story missions. The trader can be found next to the Technician’s house, and he’s called Hamster.

There is also a bar in the area where the trader Warlock can be found. He sells thestandard bar inventoryof food like sausages and bread as well as drinks like Cossack’s vodka and energy drinks.

The traders in Zalissya will not be available if you fail the ‘On The Edge’ side mission mid-game. This comes after the ‘Just Like the Good Old Days’ main mission.

Garbage Trader Location

The first trader in Garbage can be found in the Slag Heap near the center of the area. You will have to go there if you follow the main story missions. The trader’s name is Huron, and he is found inside the Slag Heap building to the left of the bar when you enter from the front door.

The Slag Heap is also home to the Trader Boozer, which sells your standard bar items.

There is another trader in Garbage called Bruiser, but he is aligned with the bandits, and the mission to make him accessible is bugged.

Wild Island Trader Location

Unlike the technician in the area, the Wild Island trader can be reached early in the game before you finish the mission ‘Hot on the Trail.‘The Trader, Quiet, can be found south of the Wild Island on the mainlandnear the sunken train cars that lead to the island.

After finishing the ‘Extreme Simplicity’ main quest, the Wild Island trader won’t be available anymore.

The trader offers a lot of different mid-game weapons and is next to a storage box if you need to store or get any item. What it lacks is a bed to refresh the trader since the nearest bed is in Wild Island, and that area is locked behind a mission.

Cordon Trader Location

The trader in Cordon is well known to veteran Stalker fans.He can be found in the Rookie Village near the southern tip of Cordon, and his name is Sidorovich.He can be found underground in his bunker, which you can access at the back of the village, away from the road.

Zaton Trader Location

Zaton has a total of three main traders, one of which can only be accessed if you side with the ward.The first one can be found north of the swamp area inside a shipwreck base called the Sultansk. The upper floors of the ship are where you can find the trader, Owl.

To the southwest of the Sultansk is another shipwreck base called the Shevchenko, where you can find the trader. He will be to the left when you enter the shipwreck. His name is Beard, and he’s also another character from the previous games.

Quiet the trader in Wild Island in Stalker 2.

Another trader can be accessed after completing the ‘Dead Signals’ main missionand completelysiding with Ward. The trader can befound northwest of Sultansk in Camp Icarus. Inside the main building in Icarus, you can find Sgt. Khoteyev, the trader for that base.

The trader in the Icarus base will be unavailable after the “Ad Astra Per Aspera” main story mission chain.

Cement Factory Trader Location

The Cement Factory trader can be found in the settlement with the same name at the northern tip of the area. The trader is named WO Komisarov, and he can be found in the central building where the technician can also be found.

The southeastern building in the area is where you can find the bar. There, you can meet the trader Hera, who sells the standard bar stock of food and drinks.

Rostok Trader Location

There are 3 traders in Rostok, located in the Rostok base. One sells armor while the rest sell weapons, ammunition, and gear.They can all be found in the Rostok Base next to the Arena. The first one is Ragman, who has a store right in front of the arena.

Next to the arena and Ragman’s storeis a building where you can find the rest of the traders. One of them is Eugene, who sells weapons that Ragman doesn’t sell.

Next to Eugene in the same building is the trader Birch, who exclusively sells armor and helmets.

Chemical Factory Trader Location

The Chemical Factory tradercan be found to the east of the area next to the Chemical Factory base. Unlike other traders of Ward, this trader can be accessed early in the game without siding with them, as he’s outside the base. East of the base is a small building where you’re able to find the trader, Lyova Fan.

Malachite Trader Location

The trader in Malachite is inside STC Malachite, and to access them, you’ll need to side with the wardand start the ‘A Minor Incident’ main mission. This will let you go inside the main building and talk to Viktoria Dorozhnyuk, the trader.

STC Malachite also has a bar where the trader Pythagoras can be found. He has the standard bar items for sale but can sometimes sell a battery artifact or different detectors.

Yaniv Trader Location

Yaniv is one of the last areas you’ll be going to for the main story missions, so it will also have high-end traders.The trader, Wreck, can be found in Yaniv Station at the middle top of the area. You can access this trader as early as the start of the game, but it won’t be easy going there without good gear.

In the same building, you may also find a trader named Hawaiian. He sells the standard bar drinks and food but can also sell detectors and artifacts. He also sometimes sells basic ammunition.

Pripyat Trader Location

In the later part of the game, you’ll unlock the area of Pripyat through themain story mission, ‘The Road to the Foundation’. The mission will lead you tothe Enerhetyk Palace of Culture base, where you’re able to find the trader Bison. Since it is close to the end of the game, he’ll be selling a lot of high-end equipment.
