Before Update 24, Uzoth was available at the Haunted Castle island. He stood under the giant cogs, just by the flag tower. After the update,Uzoth moved to Hydra Island in the Third Sea.To find Uzoth now, you must go to Hydra Island and head for the mountains to reach the Dragon Dojo. Uzoth will bestanding at the base of the huge pole outside the Dragon Dojo.

Once you have all three items and achieved 400 Mastery in Dragon Breath, head to Hydra Island to meet Uzoth. He’ll take your Beli, Fragments, and Fire Essence andteach you the Dragon Talon fighting style.
