Animecontinues to grow in popularity, with many new shows popping up each year, leaving a lasting impact on the anime community. First airing in 2017, Black Clover now spreads across four seasons with well over 100 episodes. Though the show hasn’t seen a new episode since 2021, there is also a movie.

As of this publication, there isspeculation that season five is on the horizon.This seems to be a rumor for now, butit’s worth noting that the manga is still ongoing.

Crunchyroll
If you watch a lot of anime, thenCrunchyroll is the best place to watch Black Clover.All four seasons are here to watch if you pay for a subscription,which starts at $7.99 USD.Crunchyroll also offers afree seven-day trial.
The first 25 episodes of Black Clover are free to watchon Crunchyroll. This is great if you just want to test out the show before committing to watching all 170 episodes. When watching for free, there will be ads;you don’t have to worry about a timed free trial for these episodes.
Netflix
Netflix is also a popular place to watch shows, especially if you watch more than just anime.There is no free version of Netflix,so you won’t get access to 25 episodes (like you would with Crunchyroll). Additionally,Netflix does not offer a free trial.
At minimum, you’ll need to pay for the lowest subscription tier,which costs $7.99 USD.This tier has ads, but for the same price, you can have an ad-free Crunchyroll subscription.
Hulu
Black Clover is also available on Hulu, butyou won’t have access to the first season.Instead, only seasons two, three, and four are available. The lowest-tier subscription that you can get for Hulu includes ads, and costs $9.99 USD. Based on the monthly cost and the unavailable first season,this isn’t worth it just for watching Black Clover.
Hulu also has a free trial, butthe length depends on what subscription you are trialing.
Prime Video
Lastly, you can watch the episodes of Black Clover on Prime Video. This is probably theworst way to watch the show,as you will need to either pay per episode (about $3 USD each) or buy a season (Around $15 to $20 USD each). For some reason though,the seasons are separated differently, with a total of 16 seasons listed.
